Can I check the progress of my Credit Repair process?
Yes, our system will allow to check the status of your credit repair process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with just ONE CLICK!

Can I restore my own credit?
Yes. You have the legal right to work out your credit disputes with the credit agencies and credit grantors yourself. Given some experience and study, you could do some of what our staff does. It is much like your right as a citizen representing yourself in court.

Can you order our credit reports for us directly?
No we can't run your credit for you. Credit repair companies are not allowed to order credit reports for their clients.

Do I need to add positive trade lines to improve my credit?
In order to improve your credit scores, you must add positive trade lines to your credit reports as you are removing trade lines. Even if decide to use an alternative program, keep in mind that when you remove all the derogatory, inaccurate trade lines, your credit reports will be rather thin. You need to have positive trade lines to increase your credit scores.

Do you guarantee your services?
Yes, we guarantee that all items from all Credit Bureaus that you want us to dispute will be disputed to the best of our abilities.

Does paying my bills restore my bad credit?
People would think that would be true. But, again, the credit reporting system just doesn't work that way. When you pay an old debt, the negative credit listing doesn't disappear. Once paid, it may appear on your credit report as a paid delinquency, charge off or collection (whatever the case may be.) That is, you won't get very far paying your debts unless you also work to restore your credit at the same time.

How do you dispute joint accounts?
Joint accounts are treated the same as individual accounts. If you take advantage of our 20% spousal discount we will set up individual files for both of you and every dispute will be pursued methodically. It is possible that we will be disputing the same information for you and your spouse at the same time. This is appropriate. You each have your own credit report and we will give you equal individual attention.

How long does credit repair take?
It is inappropriate for any credit repair company to promise a particular result within a certain time frame. Though we can give you an idea as to how we have performed in the past, your personal experience may vary. When credit reports are promptly sent to us, many clients have seen exhilarating progress within the first 60 days.

How many Credit Bureaus you submit to?
We will submit your disputes to all three main Credit Bureaus, Equifax, Experian and Transunion. Additionally, we will submit them to creditors as appropriate.

Is there any Refund Policy?
Yes, Should Supreme Credit Solutions be unable to improve a customer’s credit profile and/or score, the customer shall be entitled to a refund subject to a 15% processing fee of the entire initial amount charged.

Is this an automated dispute service?
No! Our customers get personalized service and the full benefit of our experience and knowledge.

Should I sign up my spouse at the same time?
We suggest that you both sign up! We offer a 20% spousal discount to encourage you to sign up at the same time. As a couple you may share a significant number of accounts, or you may share none. Either way, when you sign up, we will set up individual files and you will both get the full benefit of individualized attention. To qualify as a couple you must share the same mailing address.

What if deleted items reappear on my credit report?
On occasion, a negative listing that was recently deleted may eventually be verified by the creditor. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that the credit bureau inform you before the re-report a previously deleted listing. The FCRA also makes it more difficult for credit bureaus to re-report listings. Because of these factors, it is fairly rare for listings to come back on once they've been deleted. If a questionable credit item is re-reported, it is a simple matter to challenge the listing again at a future time to press for permanent deletion.

What should I do while Supreme Credit Solutions is repairing my credit?
This is a excellent question! Here some important guidelines: 1) Pay your bills on time. Late payments have a dramatic impact on your scores. 2) Don't max out your credit cards. Approaching the credit limit on your credit cards can cost you big time! You can lose over 100 points by running your cards up to the max. 3) Only open new accounts when you have to. Don't fall into the trap of taking every credit card offer that arrives in your mailbox. Newly opened credit lines reduce your score.

When I request my report, does it hurt my credit scores?
No. When you request your own report it has no impact on your credit scores. When someone else runs your credit it is because you have applied for new financing. Since an inquiry usually indicates that you are about to incur new debt it is somewhat reasonable that your score is adversely impacted

Why do the Credit Reporting Agencies dislike credit correcting challenges?
Simply put, it creates more work for them without a margin for profit. And it makes them look bad in front of their subscribers. A person with bad credit has a seventy percent 70% higher rate of inquiries made on their credit report thereby increasing the profit potential for the credit bureaus that charge anywhere from three(3) to five (5) dollars per report. The issue is not always whether the information is accurate or not, but are the credit reporting agencies able and willing to prove it and verify it. If your defense is properly presented, it is usually more troublesome and costly for the credit reporting agencies to legally verify the information on your report than to delete it.
